BASPERSE DR-11
Basperse DR-11 is an anionic penetrating and dispersing agent designed for use as a digester pulping aid. The use of Basperse DR-11 will reduce rejects, increase organics in the black liquor which increases the BTU value, and decrease pulp extractables. The penetrating and wetting ability of Basperse DR-11 ensures the cooking liquor effectively penetrates the chips to ensure more uniform cooking.
Applications
Basperse DR-11 is typically added to the white liquor at a rate 2 – 4 pounds per ton of pulp. Due to the diversity of mill configurations the specific point of application will be determined by your local sales representative.
Storage and Handling
Basperse DR-11 becomes viscous below 75°F. Please store between 100°F and 150°F.
Regulatory Status
Basperse DR-11 is manufactured in compliance with the regulations of the Food and Drug Administration as described in 21 CFR 178.3400.
Packaging Information
Basperse is available in bulk, tote bins at 2200 pounds net, and 55 gallon drums with a net weight of 450 pounds.
